IT Technician (RL6750) Whitby, England
Castle Employment are looking for an experienced IT Technician to work on a project based in North Yorkshire. Reporting in to the IT Manager, the IT Technician will support and maintain in-house technology, equipment & IT assets. This is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, repairing & upgrading users software
- Troubleshoot problem areas
- Maintain and support Help Desk/Service Desk
- Provide customer hardware/software support
- Preparation & maintenance of IT documentation, procedures & reports
- Research & evaluate new technologies
Skills/Experience needed:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- NVQ Level 3 in ICT or an equivalent qualification
The Package:
- Salary between £20,000-£23,000, depending upon experience
- Based near Whitby & commutable from Scarborough, Pickering, Malton & surrounding areas
