ICT Technician (RL5635) Scarborough, England
Castle Employment are looking for an IT Support Technician for an established manufacturing business in the Scarborough area. Reporting in to the Corporate Systems Manager you will be responsible for providing ICT support for the business including programming & implementing ICT based projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality management systems, contribute to reviews & give feedback for improvements
- Implement software installation upgrades throughout the business
- Troubleshoot for hardware/software problems
- Set up new users
- Assist in the development of SQL scripts and reports
- Assist with undertaking ICT based project work
- Create & suggest new systems & reporting ideas
- Training, Documentation & Quality Assurance
Skills/Experience required:
- Experience of working in software set-up
- SQL date base setup & maintenance desirable
- Ability to analyse & interpret data
- Macro programming in C++, Java experienced preferred
- A current technical knowledge of ICT systems
