Service Advisor (RL4989) Scarborough, England
The Role:
Castle Employment are looking for a Service Advisor to work for a busy local automotive centre. The role would suit someone with excellent customer services skills from the automotive service industry or have a desire to learn about the industry.
Duties:
Responsible for over the counter sales
Dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face
Offering advice to customers
Account management of business accounts
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of the automotive service industry
- Computer literate
- Able to work under pressure
- Have a full driver licence
- A good all round communicator

The Hours:
The Service Advisor will include work on Saturdays
