Telesales/Account Manager (RL8073) Scarborough, England
Castle Sales, IT & Procurement are recruiting for Telesales/Account Managers to join a successful & established business based in the Scarborough area. Working as part of the sales team the role would suit a confident & self-motivated person with either relevant experience or someone who is keen to work & succeed in a sales role.
Duties:
- Managing & maintaining relationships with new & existing clients
- Cold calling customers
- Making a high volume of outgoing calls
- Telephone based sales
- General administration
Requirements:
- Proven track record of selling by telephone would be an advantage
- Driven to succeed, tenacious & committed
- Previous experience of working in telephone sales
- Must be hardworking, confident & self-motivated
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
- Experience an advantage, however, full on the job training given
The Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm with some flexibility
- Basic salary is minimum hourly rate plus excelent rates of uncapped commission & bonus
