Telesales & Quality Administrator (RL7755) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP18000 - GBP18000 per annum

Castle IT, Sales & Procurement are looking for a Telesales & Quality Administrator for an establishment in  Scarborough.  Reporting in to the Head of Business Development & Head of Quality you will be identifying potential business opportunities & providing a high level of administrative  support to the Quality Team. This is a permanent role and would suit someone with a confident telephone manner when making outbound calls

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Generating appointments from calls & booking them into Account Managers diary
  • Following sales script dialogue to maximise information received from the customer
  • Support the Quality team to provide high standard of administrative support
  • Conduct telephone based targeted promotional  sales campaigns
  • Maintain an accurate complaints database
  • Manage a high volume of telephone calls

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Confident telephone manner 
  • Must be comfortable making outgoing calls to make appointments
  • Previous telesales experience preferred
  • Organised with good administrative skills
