We are recruiting for a Group Sales Manager to join an award-winning and sector leading company in the UK's property investment market. This is primarily an office-based job which will be based in York, however, you will be expected to spend 1-2 days a week at the Scarborough office
The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for the following;
- Delivering training for new starters across all areas of the sales process
- Working with the sales teams developing call techniques and mentoring
- Working with the Group Sales & Marketing Director to control the flow of leads
- Managing the sales team to ensure they achieve sales targets
- Developing objection handling and closing techniques
- Supporting and developing individuals
We would be keen to speak with anyone with a passion for sales who has a proven track record of selling by telephone and is a highly driven strong Manager. You should be a driven leader with a desire to develop your sales team
This would be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm earning a basic salary of £30,000-£40,000 with genuine OTE of up to £50,000.
