Sales Executive (RL6379) Whitby, England
THE POSITION:
Castle Sales, IT & Procurement are looking for a Sales Executive to join their food services division & support the growth within their wholesale sector. The role would suit a recent graduate with a relevant discipline & ideally some junior account management experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn & is hungry for career development. The position is office based with travel to customers.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage & be the point of contact for a portfolio of regional wholesale customers
- Deliver profitable sales growth within your account base
- Organise product presentations to respective sales teams & buyers within your account base
- Organise telesales activity within your account portfolio
- Report back to the marketing teams on new opportunities
- Support the NAM team by assisting with customer presentations & exhibitions
- Report back to NPD teams on gaps & new opportunities to maximise profitable sales growth
The successful candidate will have
- A degree in a relevant business discipline
- Strong IT skills, highly numerate & be highly organised
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Able to multi task under pressure
- You will be expected to deliver clear & concise information
- Ability to build external relationships & up sell
- Knowledge of the food service market from a food or drink manufacturing background would be beneficial
