Job Role;
- Delivering great training for new starters
- Working on the ‘shop floor’ with the team, observing work and tasks and motivating, tweaking and supporting them
- Working with the completions and lettings teams to ensure world class handovers
- Building and developing outstanding communication and project management skills to ensure exceptional tenant and landlord service
- Setting and managing KPIs that will ensure the highest level of client service
Castle Employment Group are keen to work with or speak to anyone with previous experience within the property development maintenance/management sector or anyone with a proven track record of leading a successful team
