THE POSITION: New Business Development Manager
Castle Sales, IT & Procurement are looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join their team based on the outskirts of Scarborough. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team in an established growing business. You will be creating & developing new business opportunities & developing & implementing new business strategies
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Responsible for identifying & following up new business opportunities
- Planning & managing presentations
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop strong relationships with key distributors & manufacturers
- Develop marketing campaigns
- Mentor junior team member
The successful candidate will have
- Experience in sales or business management
- Manage multiple projects
- Strong selling,influencing & negotiating skills
- Degree in Business Admin or similar
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Highly organised and efficient
