Sales Administrator (RL5071) Scarborough, England
The Role:
Castle Employment are looking for a Sales Administrator to work for a busy established local automotive business. The role would suit someone who is enthusiastic and with excellent customer services skills from the automotive service industry or have a desire to learn about the industry.
Duties:
Entering customer’s details and updating the company database
Preparing paperwork for sold retail cars
Registering RAC Warranty policies for cars sold
Fill in new customer’s details on V5 registration documents and send to DVLA
liaising with customers via phone, email & in person
Sending registration documents and processing paperwork for the sale of cars
Preparing description sheet for forecourt cars
Sending out customer reminder letters for MOT and servicing
Loading testimonials onto website.
Photographing and load cars for sale on the company website, Autotrader etc
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An interest to understand the benefits of key features of cars
- A skilled individual or enthusiastic learner
