Fleet Support Coordinator

Castle Employment are looking for a Fleet Support Coordinator  to work for a well-established  and well respected manufacturing businesses based on the outskirts of Scarborough, on the East Yorkshire Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral member of the Business Support Department. The role Will suit somebody with some experience of risk assessment and driver related polices.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring all fleet vehicles for servicing and MOT compliance.
• Administering all service delivery vehicle services, maintenance and MOT bookings working closely with service Engineers.
• The administration of all vehicle bookings.
• The administration of driver behaviour monitoring via Fleetmatics software.
• Ensuring all company vehicle drivers and aware of the company policy and procedures.
• Assist the Compliance Engineer with the implementation, maintenance and auditing of all management of occupations road risk policies and procedures.
• Monitor the Company Vehicle inspection.
• Assist the Compliance Engineer with the creation, review and implementation of all risk assessments.
• Manage all security vetting processes.
• Register vehicles with relevant authorities.
• Monitor all vehicles accidents and liaise with relevant line managers.
• The administration of the fuel cards.

 The successful candidate will have:

• A suitable qualification in Fleet Management (Preferred).
• A suitable qualification in Health and Safety Management (Preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a fleet management discipline within a comparable environment.
• A good working knowledge of BS OHSAS 18001 is preferred.
• Analytically Thinking.

• Commercial and Business Awareness.
