A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Sale Operations Assistant to join a fast paced and growing manufacturing company in the area.  Reporting across logistics , Supply chain and sales team you will be responsible for supporting the team manager acting as the frontline contact for customers, processing customer orders and coordinating transportation and relevant logistics paperwork. 

You will be of graduate level within a relevant discipline looking to develop your career. The right candidate will have strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.  A multi- tasker with strong problem solving and analytical skills with a cool head when dealing with complex and changing situations. Confident level of IT will be essential.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as the frontline contact for customers and processing orders from receipt to dispatch.
  • Organising transportation and relevant logistics paperwork.
  • Communicating order status with logistics/supply chain and monitoring stock levels.
  • Liaising with Account Managers to ensure accurate pricing and commercial terms are maintained.
  • Adhoc project work as required

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate within relevant discipline
  • excellent customer care and communication skills
  • You will be expected to deliver clear and accurate information
  • Must be an organised, conscientious character who is able to work under pressure efficiently
  • Able to multi task under pressure
  • Strong IT skills able to utilises various systems
  • Highly adaptable and able to manage change

  • The salary for the role is up to £19,000, dependent upon experience
