Office Manager

Castle Employment is looking for a bright, self-motivated Office Manager to provide support for an expanding food business based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. This exciting role of Office Manager will encompass the following;

  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Main point of contact for all enquiries
  • Organising transport and logistic requirements
  • Preparing transport and sales documentation
  • Liaising with staff and collating timesheet information
  • Monitoring stock control
  • Preparing online banking payments as required
  • Maintaining accounts information and liaising with the company accountants
  • General administration, fielding queries via phone and email
  • Supporting the MD and senior management team

The Candidate:

The successful Office Manager will have:

  • Previous experience of working as the main point of contact in an office environment  
  • Excellent Computer and technology skills including MS Office; particularly strong Excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for accuracy and detail
  • Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner to deal with customers and suppliers
  • Willingness and flexibility to support wider tasks arising within a small team
  • Be a real team player with the desire to further develop skills as the business continues to grow
