Area Commercial Manager (RL5694) North Yorkshire, England
Castle Employment are looking for an Area Commercial Manager to work for an established & growing business in the North Yorkshire area. Working for one of the industry's leading tourist attractions operator, this is a field based role based in the North with the opportunity for lots of travel. The role would suit a natural leader who can motivate other Managers within the business
Key Responsibilities:
- To support, inspire & motivate on-site leadership teams to exceed in delivering across all KPI's
- Use data and research to support all commercial initiatives
- Coach & guide teams to deliver exceptional guest experience
- Work closely with the Group of Operations and other internal partners
- Work with the General Managers and Marketing Manager to operationalise the brand
- Work with the General Managers to make the customer journey consistent and of high quality
- Encourage a culture of fun
- Ensure teams are focused on delivering exceptional experiences
Skills/Experience required:
- You should be a natural leader & excellent communicator
- You must be able to demon state multi-site expertise
- Able to build a strong team & drive business growth
- Previous experience of Coaching & mentoring
- Ability to analyse figures and produce plans to improve
