Castle Employment are looking for an experienced Heavyside Sales Manager for an established local independent business in the who have a new branch opening in the Scarborough area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding team. The role suit someone who has experience within the Builders Merchant industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with trade and retail customers both face to face and over the telephone
- Taking a proactive approach to sales
- using all opportunities to develop and expand sales and margin by building relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Provide accurate quotes efficiently
- Ensuring stock is replenished in a timely and efficient manner working with supplier partners.
- Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous sales experience within the Heavyside & Building Products sector of the Builders Merchants industry
- Excellent product knowledge is essential
- Proven track record in sales
