Property Sourcer (VC4641) Scarborough, England
The Position:
Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Property Sourcer to join a fast-growing property specialist. Working for a market leader in property this is an exciting time to join an expanding business.
You will be a confident communicator and lead generation to help expand out network of contacts that provide our client with investment properties.
Working with banks, receivers, letting agents, estate agents and professional property sourcers, building existing and new relationships.
The role requires calling a high volume of leads to reach as many people as possible for 3 hours per day. Targets are in place.
The remainder of your day will be spent using social media for sourcing new contacts, building and sending email campaigns, and other creative project work to bring more business into the company.
We are looking for someone who loves speaking with people, great at negotiating to get a deal, and is good at administration. You will be organised, efficient, focused, and have determination with our contacts to get them to send their best deals to us.
The role has some core elements:
- Meeting call targets
- Finding and developing great new relationships with property sourcers
- Updating databases with correct information
- Using social media
- Negotiating on deals to get a great price for our clients
- Being creative to think of new ways to find new contacts
- Keeping outstanding notes so it is quick and easy to see where leads are up to and what is left to do

Qualifications:
We are looking for no specific qualifications needed. Full training will be provided. We want great administrators who love to help!
