Production Planner (RL8661) Malton, England
Castle Employment are looking for experienced Production Planners to work for an established food manufacturing organisation based in North Yorkshire. Working as part of the planning department the roles would suit someone with previous experience of working in a similar role.
The role of Production Planner will encompass the following
- Actively manage data that will feed into daily production goals
- Issue daily production plans
- Proactively manage stock
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve any issues
- Maintain Excel based systems
- Work with other departments to plan & successfully execute product launches
- Escalate issues to the senior planner
The successful Production Planner will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience at production planning within chilled food would be an advantage
- Strong Excel skills & a willingness to learn new IT systems
- A positive & proactive attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills & attention to detail
