We are currently looking for a Commercial and Purchasing Manager to work for an established business based in North  Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Commercial and Procurement team.  It is also easily commutable from York, Malton, Scarborough, Thirsk

 

Job Role:

  • Manage , review and negotiate changes to existing contracts with customers and key suppliers
  • Provide the commercial and contractual  interface to external customers and internal departments
  • Analyse, review and prepare the financial and contractual parts of proposals
  • Review, create and negotiate contracts  and contractual documentation
  • Observe compliance with legal requirements and internal policies

We would be keen to speak to anyone with proven experience within a Commercial and/or Procurement Management role  and have working knowledge of contracts and experience of drafting, negotiating and managing suppliers.  You should ideally be  degree qualified and have a be a member of a recognised professional body
