Telesales/Customer Services Advisor (RL6946) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP8 - GBP8 per hour

Castle Business Support are looking for a Telesales/Customer Services Advisor for a company based on the outskirts of  Scarborough, North Yorkshire. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

The role will include speaking to current customers regarding the company’s products and following this up by sending a quotation. You will be on the phone, using Outlook and other IT systems and databases, providing admin support and sending quotations to customers.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Answering and making calls and dealing with customers queries
  • Sending quotations
  • Supporting the business with administration
  • Updating databases, contracts and confidential documentation
  • Previous administration and telephone customer service required
  • Confident telephone manner
  • IT literate, previous experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
