Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to work for a highly-regarded leisure business based in Pickering, North Yorkshire.

Requirements:

This role would suit a graduate or a marketing assistant who wants to develop and grow within the marketing field and utilise their resourceful, proactive and can-do attitude. You will be:

• Assisting the Head of Marketing
• Marketing and organising events to generate income
• Managing communication with trade clients
• Managing all social media channels as well as creating new content
• Delivering and organising events to achieve the annual fundraising budget
• Providing support and assistance on the delivery of marketing plans
• Line managing the Marketing Assistant and Group Travel Coordinator
• Maintain effective communication both externally and internally
• Manage systems and reports for memberships and appeals
• Manage and communicate new initiatives appropriately

The successful candidate for the Marketing Coordinator role will:

• Be able to demonstrate a successful record within a customer based marketing in tourism or passenger transport
• Have excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality and confidence in promoting business
• Have a high level of financial competence and acumen
• Have a good understanding of marketing platforms including social media
• Have a good understanding of design and its ability to promote and sell products and services
