Demand Planner (RL5094) Scarborough, England
Castle Employment are looking for a Demand Planner for an highly reputable, established Manufacturing business in the Scarborough area. The Demand Planner will liaise closely with customers to forecast the demand of the client's products, and will also provide detailed reports and deliver them across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate customer order forecasts, minimising risk and maximising any sales opportunities
- Monitor daily performance, and make recommendations and implement changes
- Liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand supply performance and champion customer requirements
- Daily liaise with Sales and Supply to raise awareness of any challenges and offer solutions
- Attend daily meetings to drive service to customers
- Complete reporting, insight and reviews with a number of departments across the business
The client is looking for the following skills/experience:
- Previous experience of working in a Manufacturing environment ideally
- Be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Any previous experience of MRP/ERP systems would be highly advantageous
- Background within a customer facing role
The Benefits:
- The client is offering a salary of between £23,000-£28,000, depending upon experience
