Customer Service Advisor (RL4419) Leeds, England
Castle Business Support are recruiting for Customer Service Advisers to work within a busy Sales department in a fast paced manufacturing organisation based in the Leeds area.
Duties:
- Liaising with Supply Chain
- Working with Warehouse and Despatch
- Dealing with Returns paperwork
- Maintaining the parts chaser list
- Basic order processing
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Customer focused
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
- Thorough approach with a keen eye on detail
- Calm, tactful and diplomatic
- Team Player
- At ease with all levels of the organisation
- IT Literate - use of Excel, Microsoft Word and e-mails
