Castle Employment are looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive to join an established and successful family run business in the local area. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a growing business. The role would suit someone from a holiday, property or motor background.
Duties:
• Understand vehicle features to maximise sales potential
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Follow-up on any sales prospects
• Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximise future sales
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiation, etc.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Experience of delivering outstanding customer service in a customer facing role
• Full EU Driving Licence

Benefits:
Based on the outskirts of Scarborough
Salary Basic £18k OTE £40/£45 k with commissions
Working 2 out of 3 weekends with a regular weekend off.
