My client a professional property company based North Leeds (on the boarder of York/Harrogate/Leeds) are seeking an enthusiastic successful Sales executive to join their team. You will be responsible for managing your own warm leads generated by the company. This is a telephone sales negotiator role where you will be targeted on call time and sales targets.

Duties of a Telephone Sales Negotiator –

• Use your negotiation skills to agree deals with prospective clients so we can purchase the property below market value (BMV).
• Keeping in touch with potential clients and gaining updates on their current situation
• Looking after your own administration, and making sure all case files are up to date with sufficient notes
• Deal with incoming enquiries within the company lead database
• Researching market value of properties nationwide
• Gathering as much information as possible on each property in order to propose a sensible offer
• Follow up old leads to try and win their business, build and maintain customer relationships
• Continually contact current vendors to retain their expectations and keep them updated with the progression of the purchase
• Cleanse Data and follow up enquires in our CRM
• Liaise with Team Manager First if any issues arise and escalate to General Manager or Director if needed.
• Download and attach calls to leads that are booked for an appointment with a RM.
• Carry out other managerial tasks as requested by your line manager.
• Help others in the team improve their knowledge and skills to make them a better negotiator.
• Ensure good management of the diary to reduce costs for the company and group apps in similar areas together.
• Ensure all apps have the correct underwrite sheets, titles and call recordings attached.

Property experience is not required however a strong consistent background in Sales is essential
