Customer Service Advisor
£17,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are searching for the perfect candidate to join a busy Customer Service department for the UK’s leading company in vehicle tracking solutions. Based in Scarcroft it is essential that the successful candidate drives due to the company being based in a remote area.
Key duties:
• Fixing & Programming software/tracking services
• Handling customer queries/complaints
• Training new customers on the system
• Distributing kit/booking service calls with engineers
• Answering Phones/General Admin duties
This position offers you the chance to work overtime on a Saturday from home.
To be considered for this role you must be punctual, independent, computer, literate ideally office & business skills but also essential to have an outstanding telephone manner.
