My client a market leading Estate Agent based in Leeds City Centre are recruiting for Property Sales Progressor to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team within a fast paced environment. You do not need Property Experience for this role however you do need excellent organisation skills and be able to work under pressure.
Key responsibilities:
• To manage incoming enquiries, support the sales negotiators and manage the sales process from offer agreed to completion
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, vendors and purchasers
• Following company service level agreements
• Using and ensuring in-house database updated at all times
• Prioritising administration tasks to ensure the effective running of the Sales office
• Support the Sales Director and Sales Team
• Run the Sales meetings – providing figures and updates
Personal specification
• Ideally previous experience as an administrator in a sales environment, but not necessarily in property.
• IT literate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident independent worker and problem solver.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good lateral thinker and strong character.
• Quick and adaptable learner and good retention.
• An effective administrator
