My client a leading Letting Agent based in Sheffield seek a Lettings Administrator to join their team. Property/Lettings experience is preferred
Duties:
•Inventory typing
•Updating old inventories
•Booking in inspections
•Utilities management
•Dealing with keys
•Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and contractors to book appointments
•Keep respective property files and computer records up to date.
•Ensure email is regularly checked for incoming enquiries & deal with promptly
•Filing and franking daily post
•Daily filing for building
•Assisting colleagues with other duties as required.
Essential:
•To be dressed smartly & well presented at all times in line with company dress code.
•Maintain an enthusiastic & high energy approach to your work.
•Comply with ARLA best practice and agreed procedures regarding all aspects of work.
•Answer the telephone in a prompt, positive, professional & friendly manner.
•Organise, prioritise & undertake personal work in an efficient & logical manner.
