Lettings Negotiator, Leeds - £18,500+ plus bonus
My client based in Leeds seeks an experienced Lettings Negotiator.
Must be high energy and enthusiasm, someone who is well presented and articulate, with great communication skills.
Responsibilities :
• Be the first point of contact within the office for all lettings enquires either by telephone, email or in person
• Ensure rentals properties are emailed to prospective tenants
• Ensuring viewings are booked correctly using Vebra diary and that all contact details are taken from anyone wishing to view a property
• Confirm rental viewings in good time
• Undertake viewings
• Deal with general enquires to the office from Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times
• Monitor and maintain property records
• Deal with prospective tenants references
• Organise mailing lists
• Deal with general office paperwork & filling including post
• Order To Let/Let by boards
• Monitor and maintain Rightmove listings
• Assist the Lettings Manager in the day to day lettings, agreeing transactions, processing rental applications and commencing tenancies
Skills and expertise
• Property Role experience
• Well-spoken and articulate
• Smartly presented
• Computer Literate
• Experience of switchboard phone system
• Driving license
