Salary - £12,844
Hours - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (inc all bank holidays) – 26 hours a week
My client, a successful leading estate agency, is currently recruiting for a Weekend Negotiator based in Moortown. The successful candidate will be able to work well under own inactive, thrive in a busy customer service driven environment and have a mature positive outlook of life good IT skills are essential.
Duties of the role will include
-Make viewing, survey, mortgage and valuation appointments
-Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact
-Check sale board’s status and maintain window display
-Provide feedback to vendors at the earliest convenience;
-Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities;
-Provide property details to potential buyers and to ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers;
-Ensure leaflets are on display
-Record applicants and produce match
-Prepare information and keys for accompanied viewer
-To undertake viewings when requested
