Sales Negotiator/Valuer - £20,000 + OTE (£30,000)
Exciting new position for a Sales Negotiator on the outskirts of Leeds.
Full Time - 09:00-17:30 or 09:30-18:00 weekdays & Every 3rd Saturday 10:00-14:00 (1 in 3)
Must be a strong sales professional to join the team as a Negotiator/Valuer, whom will be involved in a varied role with a strong focus on new business generation and also including the following areas of the business:
Duties:
•Residential Sales & Lettings
•New business generation
•Arranging and carrying out viewings
•Follow up and feedback
•Negotiating and agreeing sales and lets
•Sales progression management
•Outbound calls and routine Prospecting
•Finding and booking Market Appraisals
•Dealing with inbound calls
•Valuations
•Check ins and tenant referencing
•Marketing
•Administration
•Compliance
Essential:
•2 years Sales Negotiation/Valuing experience
•Full clean driving license
