Property Customer Service Advisor (J756) Leeds, England

Salary: GBP18500 - GBP25000 per annum + Commission
Customer Service Adviser - £18,500 + Bonus OTE (£25,000)

Maternity cover 9 - 12 months

Hours: 37.5 working shift patterns

Week 1 - Mon - Fri 8am-4:30pm
Week 2 - 2 week days 9am - 5:30pm + both Sat & Sun 8am-8pm
Week 3 - Mon - Fri - 9am -5.30pm

My client a leading Estate Agent based in North Leeds seeks a target driven Customer Service Adviser to join their team.

Dealing with both incoming and outbound calls to provide top quality customer service while effectively promoting and cross-selling related property services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a busy telesales / customer service environment dealing with both inbound and outbound calls and be able to work well under pressure still providing a quality service. The role offers a good basic and commission structure


• To make outbound calls to build direct customer relationships in order to promote and sell all related services.
• To recommend related services to customers which will generate revenue.
• To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases.
• To refer all specific enquiries to the correct departments.
• To ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.
• To value the people we work with and their diversity by being self-aware.
• Any other duties as required
