Senior Lettings Negotiator
£20,000 + (£25,000 OTE)
My client a Student Lettings company in Leeds seeks a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
This is an interesting and varied role and requires a confident individual used to meeting sales targets but also with strong administration and negotiation skills.
Duties include:
Lettings Negotiator -
• Conduct viewings
• Deal with applicant leads and booking viewings
• Confirming access arrangements and viewings
• Diary management
• Dealing with inbound enquiries (calls and email)
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, and contractors
• Negotiating lets and sales
• Following up viewings
• Filing, copying, printing, post, and general admin
• Preparing move in packs and keys
Must have your own vehicle (mileage will be paid)
