Salary: £5434.00
Hours: Saturday 9am-4pm, Sunday 11am - 3pm and Bank Holidays
Full driving licence & own vehicle is essential.
My client, a successful leading estate agency, is currently recruiting for a Weekend Negotiator based in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be able to work well under own inactive, thrive in a busy customer service driven environment and have a mature positive outlook of life good IT skills are essential.
Duties of the role will include
•Make viewing, survey, mortgage and valuation appointments
•Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact
•Check sale board’s status and maintain window display
•Provide feedback to vendors at the earliest convenience
•Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities
•Provide property details to potential buyers and to ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers
•Ensure leaflets are on display
•Record applicants and produce match
•Prepare information and keys for accompanied viewer
•To undertake viewings when requested
