Role Overview
Reporting to the CFO, this Financial Controller takes full ownership for reporting, compliance, governance and group consolidations. A pivotal member of the finance leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team to deliver accurate and timely reporting across the business. The Financial Controller has primary day-to-day responsibility for leading functions including Financial Reporting, Statutory & Tax Compliance, IFRS, Purchasing and Group reporting/consolidations. The main focus for the Financial Controller will be focused on reviewing and improving processes, systems and controls in order to enhance the quality of business reporting.
Demonstrated competence in managing and enhancing finance policy and procedures in a complex multinational environment will set you apart in being successful for this role.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a small team
- Ensure successful and timely delivery of P&L reporting
- Manage and oversee timely and accurate month end completion
- Manage and oversee internal and external audits
- Ensure the timely completion of all statutory related and group reporting
- Collaborate with commercial finance to drive the budgeting and forecasting process
- Drive piercing insights through divisional financial reporting
- Support the CFO with finance transformation and systems enhancement
Candidate Profile
Being either a CPA or CA qualified finance leader, you are currently sitting in a finance leadership position in a medium to large sized organisation. You are extremely resilient by nature and thrive on driving results through influence and business collaborating. You are energetic and forward thinking by nature. You hold the values of passion, integrity and diligence in achieving success for yourself and your teams. Prior experience with job costing will be highly regarded however is not a must have.
