THE COMPANY
My client is a of construction products with a multi-branch network. They are looking for a Showroom Manager for their kitchen and bathroom showroom.
THE ROLE
Managing the kitchen and bathroom showroom within the branch.
Motivating and managing a team offering training and support.
Ensuring high levels of customer service in the showroom at all times.
Driving sales and developing relationships with local Contractors
Designing kitchens and bathrooms for both trade and retail customers.
To provide a liaison role between the showroom and senior management team.
To successfully integrate the showroom operation within the daily operation of the branch and the group.
KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience of managing, motivating and developing a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills in a trade or retail environment
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
Experience in selling and designing kitchens
Full driving licence essential
