Branch Manager/ Store Manager
Mon-Fri only, 39 hour week
An opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to work in a professional trade/ distribution environment for this fast growing supplier of UPVC windows and doors for trade with a multi-branch network.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a small team of staff, hitting sales targets, delivering high levels of customer service and building strong relationships with customers in the area.
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* Excellent product knowledge of UPVC windows and doors
* Ability to drive sales with trade in the local area
* Exceptional people management and leadership skills
* P&L accountability
* Experience of running a branch to ensure operational efficiency
* Excellent negotiation and communications skills
* Ability to manage change
* Experience of success in their current & previous roles
* A track record of sales within the windows and doors industry
