We are recruiting for an exciting new role for a Customer Service Advisor on the outskirts of York, with free on-site parking. This is a permanent role with opportunity for progression. Your own transport is necessary due to location.
You will be:
- Answering calls from customers and making follow up calls as needed
- Processing and amending policies, ensuring you have a working understanding of these
- Answering queries and generating quotes for customers
- Following all compliance procedures
- Ensuring customers understand all terms relating to their service
This role is offered on a rota basis Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week on a flexi-time basis. There is a requirement to work one Saturday in 4 and one Sunday in 7, which you will receive the time back during the week. You will be earning an hourly rate of £9.20, plus excellent staff benefits including an enhanced holiday entitlement.
