RMS are currently working as a recruitment agency for a leading fabrication company in Sunderland.

We require experience Spray Painters.

Working on day shift.  Monday – Thursday 7am – 5pm.

This person must have at least 1 year's experience of working in a wet paint plant. Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is desirable but not essential. The ability to work unsupervised is required and also in a team. Duties will include, selecting paint from stock and preparing both the spray booth spray guns for each new job, performing frequent change of colour, spraying parts of various size and ensuring paint thickness and gloss levels are correct on finished product. On occasions they may be required to jig up parts ready to paint, masking parts from drawing detail, packing finished parts and general housekeeping duties as and when required.

This is a temp to perm position The pay rate for this position is £11.06 per hour.
