RMS is proud to be acting as an Employment agency on behalf of our client who are a leading sheet metal fabrication company in the Ferryhill area.

We are recruiting for MIG Welders.

Must be capable of welding a variety of parts in both thick and thin plate. Must have MIG welding experience, experience in TIG welding will be a distinct advantage. Experience of Aluminium and Stainless Steel welding is desirable but not essential. Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential in both first and third angle projection. The ability to work unsupervised is required as although in a team of people the individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance. The ability to weld free hand as well as doing jig work is essential.

This is a long-term to permanent position for the right candiate offering a salary of £12.50 per hour, this includes shift allowance.

This is initially working on a three shift rotation.
