ERP Implementation Specialist

Manchester - with extensive travel

UP TO £50K DOE + Benefits

My client, a leading manufacturing and engineering business, are in the market for an ERP Implementation Specialist to assist in further growth for the business.

Travelling globally, sometimes up to 2/3 weeks at a time, the ERP specialist with prepare sites for the implementation team, ensuring all data, processes, governance and change controls are in place to enable to implementation team to deliver with as little impact to BAU as possible for users and the business.

The successful ERP specialist will have the ability and experience to -

• Managing large scale implementations on a global scale - preferably SAP / M3 / Movex implementations
• Experience with SAP / M3 / Movex
• Experience managing and influencing with domestic and international stakeholders
• Excellent gap analysis
• Excellent process re-engineering and improvement experience
• An understanding of the user - what they need and how they are impacted by the change
• Experience arranging relevant training for users and preparing the business for the change - including managing cautious or reluctant users
• Be a Change Champion within the business
• Ensure all data processes and cleansing is undertaken before the core implementation team arrive
• Excellent full e2e SDLC experience including testing
• Ensure all documentation, reports, KPI's, business processes, risk triggers are in place
• Excellent understanding of data standards and compliance
