Agile Coach (with Travel) - Contract -3-6 months (BBBH10733) City of London, England
An exciting and innovative Agile Delivery agency are currently on the lookout for an Agile Coach to join their team on an initial 3-6 month contract. This role will be working for one of their new clients, a large health care brand based in the USA.
They are looking for engaging and experienced Agile Delivery Coaches to join their team, working within their Shoreditch based office, with very occasional travel to the end client out in the USA (travel is covered). You will need to be comfortable coaching support teams of around 10-15 and be able to apply Agile to a variety of teams, not just software environments. Culture is absolutely vital, so the right person for this role will be able to come up with innovative and engaging ideas in a delivery environment. People are at the centre of what they do and the right Agile coach must reflect this.
You will be able to lead and support Agile workshops and build meaningful relationships.
Any experience working within health care and iOS is beneficial though not required. Experience and personality are the most important traits you can have!
Rates are flexible for the right person.
