Facilities Maintenance Assistant (15249524/001) Stevenage, England

Facilities Maintenance Assistant required for initial six month contract in Stevenage

Working with the incumbent Catering service provider co-ordinate and monitor the delivery of services to Stevenage Site in line with SLA requirements such that the business continuity and quality of service is maintained. Reporting any issues to the FM Manager
• Working with the incumbent Cleaning service provider co-ordinate and monitor the delivery of services to Stevenage Site in line with SLA requirements such that the business continuity and quality of service is maintained. Reporting any issues to the FM Manager
• Assist the FM Manager in responding to requests from internal customers for advice to solve issues and problems with minimal interruption to the business ensuring issued worked to a satisfactory conclusion
• Supporting the FM Manager in taking customer requests (from Planon) for small task / minor projects from customer brief through to completion, ensure compliance with all FM processes.
• Effective levels of communication and stakeholder engagement, both internally & externally between the customers, other FM areas & outsourced service providers.
• Regular engaging with stakeholder and customers to obtain feedback
• Working with the FM Comms Team produce effective and factual Communications to be disseminated to the business as required.
• Support to the FM Manager in producing and providing reports from Planon to monitor feedback, RFS activity, chased tickets etc.
• Monitor FM Operations spends against budgets and advise the FM Manager of any deviations.
• Support in raising electronic purchase requisitions and Orca requests
• Provide administration support to the FM Operations Team

Additional Job Details: • Interpersonal Skills • Experience in FM Management • BIFM Membership (desirable) • Ability to manage internal and external relationships. • Excellent communication skills. • Customer Focus – understanding the needs and facilities required to meet them. • IT literate, including Excel, word, PowerPoint & MS Project (desirable). • Capable of transposing working drawings & specifications into delivered working environments.
