MRP Planner (3175) Hurst, Texas
� End User Experience with SAP is required, Subject Matter Expertise is a plus
1. Experience in using, testing, or training : Production Planning (PP), Serialization, MRP, Production Order Maintenance, BOM�s, Routings, Order Release and/or Production Resources
2. Work on factory floor with permanent workforce and perform MRP planning/execution processes;
3. Analyze systemic issues preventing factory material flow, perform analysis of shop floor execution issues and develop corrective action recommendations in an SAP and CAMS MES shop floor environment.
4. Analyze BOMs, Routings, and material master settings to determine issues with order release in a complex manufacturing environment
� Ability to communicate effectively with peer organization and with manufacturing and engineering
� Ability to communicate design and business processes for knowledge transfer toend users
� Comfort in working between shop floor and MRP solutions
� Ability to be on site at facilities (DFW and Amarillo) 5 days and weekends as needed.
� Also, local DFW candidates are a plus.
o Not Required, but highly desirable:
� Experience in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing environment, including product-unit effectivity (PUE) and grouping, pegging, & distribution (GPD)
� Understanding of Quality Management capability in SAP
� Experience in SAP Capacity Resource Planning (CRP)
� Experience with a manufacturing execution system (CAMs) and/or product life cycle management system (Matrix One/ENOVIA V6) is desirable.
