A leading international Law Firm are looking to attract an experienced legal recruiter to join their evolving team.
You will enjoy sourcing the best talent in the market for the Firm. Ideally you will enjoy building the Firms brand in the fee earner market.
This will be a high profile position within the Firm and you will work directly with both the local and international Partnership to really ensure you are able to identify and market the Firms EVP to the Australian legal community.
You will ideally have experience in recruiting Lawyers, either agency or internally in a Law Firm. You might be a Lawyer looking for a change. Alternatively, you might have a background recruiting across professional services and be interested in Law. Key to success in this role is an understanding of the legal market and be able to network with Lawyers.
You will enjoy building networks, managing projects and working with clients and are someone who is ambitious and wants to take on ownership of a key role in the next phase of the Firms growth.
This permanent role is based in Melbourne CBD.
