Senior Business Analyst/ Product Owner required for very exciting start up company who are looking for an experienced BA/PO to will focus on the delivery of Agile/Kanban projects for their SaaS product offerings. You will be responsible for managing the scope, development and requirements for their digital products and ensuring Dev/Scrum teams have clear briefs to work towards. You will also have strong process mapping ability, along with analytical skills and a good understanding of digital products. This role will report to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the BA function
- Develop the relationship with the Product Expert in order to understand the product implications sufficiently to represent such needs within the product development process
- Acting as the sole BA to play a key role in the preparation of Themes, Epics, Stories and Tasks using Jira, Confluence and other productivity enhancing tools
- Regular and effective engagement with senior stakeholders
- Ensuring that the goals and vision of the product are understood by the scum master and Dev teams
- Managing the operational readiness aspects of delivering the product roadmap, from scope through to implementation
- Be responsible for the process mapping strategy and production and upkeep of the necessary communication collateral
Desired Key Skills
- Experience being the sole BA on major projects
- Thorough understanding of Scrum/Kanban delivery methods
- Good knowledge of the product licensing industry
- Excellent communication skills and strength of character to ensure stakeholders are thorough in sharing the information required for the BA function to deliver what is expected
- A high level of technical knowledge allowing for good communication with dev teams and efficient ways of working
- Experience writing and executing UAT scripts
- A working knowledge of Atlassian
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ranging from tech teams to senior stakeholders
- Background of either Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Excellent experience producing process documentation, including process mapping and user guides.
