Business Analyst – Business Transformation – 1yr FTC – Preston
Business analyst / Visio / LEAN / Prince2 / transformation / stakeholder management
Business Analyst required for a leading property management company based in Preston to be responsible for supporting their Lead Business Process Owners across their Property Management Companies to develop detailed To-Be business processes for the key property management functions. Also, to support the design of their new technology solution and to support the business transformation programme.
The Business Analyst will work closely with the core programme team, Lead Business Process Owners from the PM companies, ITS, property management leadership teams and key stakeholders.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 1 YR FIXED TERM CONTRACT with the possibility of extension.

Key Skills
- Proven & demonstrable investigative and analysis skills
- Proven BPMN experience
- Excellent MS Visio skills
- Proven ability to think analytically and challenge existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies. Any experience of LEAN processes would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in running workshops, clearly defining the information required from stakeholders and being able to extract this information
- Proven experience within a Business Analysts position
- Experience of working in an agile project
- Experience of running organising and leading analysis workshops using Scrum
- Any housing application experience would be useful (i.e. property management applications, scheduling applications, CRM applications, service and rent setting applications)
- Project Management skills and demonstrable experience in using PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Change management experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Mobile and ability to travel
