Product Owner required for FinTech company who are on a mission to make mortgages easier through new digital offering. You will be responsible for managing the scope, development and requirements for their digital mortgage products and ensuring Tech teams have clear briefs to work towards. You will also have strong process mapping ability, along with analytical skills and a good understanding of digital products.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with key stakeholders in order to define a product roadmap which you will own.
- Managing the backlog and be able to suggest change packages for the agreed release schedule.
- Ensuring that the goals and vision of the product are understood within the scrum team.
- Working with the business analysts and technical team to design the solution.
- Managing the operational readiness aspects of delivering the product roadmap, from scope through to implementation.
- Supporting the Service Delivery team with the communication plan of new releases and changes.
- Ensuring lenders and brokers are comfortable with the process and support due diligence and integration with our platform utilising support from our tech team.
Desired Key Skills
- Understanding and knowledge of Mortgages, or a strong understanding of comparable product processes (e.g. loans).
- A working understanding of API’s, have worked with complex, data intensive, integration projects and have experience of the user experience impact of integration decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Project management and analytical skills
- Experience with Agile delivery methods
- Experience of data integration, user journey change implementation and end to end process design.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ranging from tech teams to senior mortgage professionals.
- Background of either Product Management or Business Analyst.
- Excellent experience producing process documentation, including process mapping and user guides.

My client is offering a salary within a range of £60,000 – £70,000 for this position of depending on your experience
