Customer Service Manager required for growing business in Hull salary to £30,000 

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join a leading business in Hull this company has seen significant growth in recent years and has massive growth for 2018!


The Role

  • Participate in the recruitment, induction, and development of staff
  • Manage and develop the team to ensure maximum performance and motivation levels are high
  • Build an excellent level of product knowledge and pro-actively drive improvements in service quality leading to enhanced customer experience
  • Suggest and support on process improvements/new initiatives across the department and facilitate team implementation where required
  • Measure, analyse and report on team performance and take appropriate steps to improve that performance for both internal and external customers
  • Ensure our technology and systems enable the team to operate efficiently and effectively in dealing with customer issues
  • Investigating and analysing trends of activity and sales


Candidate Profile


  • Strong and well developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience of successfully managing a team and hitting team targets
  • Experience or working in a call centre environment/sales environment advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
  • Able to analyse data, problem solve and make decisions confidently
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive strategic initiatives
  • Ability to work efficiently and deliver to a high standard in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
  • Results driven. Team Player
