JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Implement designed inventory tracking system.
• Apply designed inventory control procedures.
• Propose improvement for inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
• Provide with no delay to logistics department the requests for resupply.
• Document daily deliveries and shipments to workshop and update inventory.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Perform on designed agenda all needed analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
• Supervise forklift drivers’ team. Support workload when needed to not stop production operations.
• Perform morning shift security briefing.
• Permanently evaluate and improve professional skills of his team.
• Make sure that team members operate according to company procedures and standards.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Security focused mindset.
• Effective 3 tons forklift driver’s license.
• Good English knowledge, Arabic language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
