Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Prepare schematic and detailed engineering designs for property developments and infrastructure projects.
- Produce engineering calculations and reports.
- create design models using Bentley software’s (water cad, sewer cad, storm cad).
- Ensure that drawings and designs meet internal, client and industry standards.
- Able to attend work on a regular and predictable basis.
- Communicate with cooperative personnel and others to solve problems as required, both verbally and in writing.
- Effectively read and follow operations and safety manuals.
- Ensure that production within appropriate timescale, relevant standards and procedures.
- Ensure the high level of quality of products and services is maintained and make improvements to the processes where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Affiliations:
- Design consultant background is preferred.
- SEC (Saudi engineering consulate) membership
Experience:
- At least 10 years’ experience in the same field, 7 years’ experience in GCC countries.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Advanced knowledge using design software’s and standards. (WATER CAD, SEWER CAD AND STORM CAD).
- Proficient with latest release AutoCAD. (MicroStation is an advantage) & soft wares such as (CIVIL 3D) & (Infra work and Revit).
- Familiar with relevant international and local standards
